Structured written demand with clear consequences and a clear pathway to resolve, giving the debtor a real chance to pay without escalating.

Where the debtor engages, a negotiated payment plan or lump-sum settlement, often faster and cleaner for everyone than the legal track, and it preserves the commercial relationship where that matters.
