We acquire non-performing loans and written-off receivables across a broad spectrum of asset classes. Whole-book, tail-end, seasoned, or charged-off, if there's a pricing thesis, we'll work to build one.

Consumer unsecured

Personal loans, credit cards, BNPL receivables, telco and utility arrears, at any stage from recently charged-off through long-tail and legacy.

Commercial receivables

Trade credit, B2B invoicing tails, SME loan books, and corporate receivables, individually sized or as part of a whole-book transaction.

Long-tail / legacy books

Aged, partially-worked portfolios that have already been through one or two recovery cycles, often still worth a meaningful clean exit price.

Forward-flow agreements

Recurring monthly or quarterly purchases of newly charged-off accounts, priced off a rolling pricing grid, steady, predictable capital recovery.

We've priced and bought enough portfolios to know what a seller actually wants: speed, confidentiality, and certainty of close. The process is built around those three things.

Mutual NDA

We sign a two-way confidentiality agreement before any portfolio data is exchanged. Typically signed the same day, your data is only ever touched by the named deal team.

Secure data room

You share the portfolio via a secure data room, an anonymised tape is enough for a first-pass indication. We return a data-quality read alongside our pricing view.

Indicative pricing

A non-binding indicative price inside ten business days, with the pricing rationale, assumptions, and any data dependencies laid out clearly, not hidden.

Binding bid & DD

Focused due diligence on the items that actually move price, documentation standards, statute-of-limitations exposure, contact quality, followed by a binding, funded bid.

Settlement

Executed sale agreement, cleared funds on settlement date, and a clean hand-over of files and data. You book the proceeds, we take on the portfolio, it's done.

Realistic, not anchored

Our pricing is modelled bottom-up off our live recovery performance, not anchored to what a competitor paid last year or what a seller is hoping for. The number is the number.

Funded from our balance sheet

We buy with our own capital, no syndication risk, no "subject to funding" clauses, no last-minute price chip. If we bid, we close.

Named deal team

Your data is only ever seen by the named deal team on our side. Wider staff never see portfolio-level information. Post-purchase, customer data is firewalled off your operational systems.

Post-sale brand care

If the sale is confidential or your brand is sensitive, we'll agree a post-sale communications protocol, so the customers you sell never receive anything that reflects poorly on your house.
